All pen reservations are made on a first come, first paid, first served basis. The trailer is considered a full load when all pen space has been secured. There will be a waiting list once the trailer is full in case of any cancellations.

Pens are approximately 22 square feet each, so you decide how crowded the animals will be. Pricing is per pen - not by head. Below are our recommendations as to how many animals fit comfortably per pen (the square foot figures are estimates):

Comfort:

The air ride in which your animals will be hauled provides a much smoother ride than spring suspension. The majority of the pens in the trailer are equipped with nipple waterers and we also have room for any feed that would like to send with your animals. When you load your animals on our trailer, you can rest assured knowing they will receive the care they deserve.

Special Requests:

Special request can be accommodated, in most cases, please contact us for more information and quotes.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation notices are required more than 72 hours in advance to avoid penalty. If you notify us within 48-72 hours of the agreed loading time, there will be a 25% of shipping fee charged. Any cancellation that occurs less than 48 hours of the scheduled loading time will constitute a 50% of shipping fee.

Insurance:

The pigs well being and safety are our number one concern. In order to receive mortality insurance health papers will be required.

Routes:

Most, if not all, of the trips to California will be via the southern route: IN - IL - MO - OK - TX - NM - AZ - NV - CA. If a large percentage of the load comes from the northern route (i.e. Iowa), we might make the trip: IN - IL - IA - MO - KS - OK - TX - AZ - NV - CA. Most California trips will end in Sacramento
